Nicola Watkins

Nicola Watkins has extensive experience in care and support management, currently serving as the Care and Support Manager at Camphill Village Trust since July 2022. Prior to this role, Nicola held positions at Praxis Care as a Team Leader and at Keys Group as a Senior Residential Care Worker, focusing on young people with traumatic backgrounds. Nicola began a career at North Star Foundation, progressing from Support Worker to Team Leader, where responsibilities included managing service users and ensuring the quality of care, alongside addressing incidents and reporting to regulatory bodies. Nicola holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Chester, obtained in 2008.
