Roman Gerhard is currently the Executive Director at Camphill Village U S A, Inc. Roman has a background in cabinet making and has held various leadership positions in the Camphill community over the years. Roman completed their Tischlermeister degree from Holzfachschule Bad Wildungen in 2003.
