Magdalena Michalczuk

Magdalena Michalczuk is an experienced facilitator and outdoor instructor with a strong background in leadership, community building, and global citizenship. Currently serving as a JUMP! Connected Facilitator at JUMP! Foundation since October 2017, Magdalena has adapted to online program facilitation while previously managing outdoor education programs. As an Expedition Leader for Camps International, Magdalena has successfully led expeditions in Costa Rica and Cambodia. Additionally, Magdalena has worked as a freelance outdoor instructor, gaining diverse experience across various organizations, including Camp Taiwan and Ecoventure. Holding a Bachelor's Degree in Tourism Management from Saxion University of Applied Sciences, Magdalena possesses a solid educational foundation complemented by hands-on industry experience.
