Beth Jaswa

Beth Jaswa has held several roles in the software engineering industry since 2008. Beth began their career at Hilton Norfolk Airport as a Banquet Captain and Restaurant Manager in 2008. Beth then moved to Loews Hotels & Co in 2009 for a similar role. In 2010, they worked as a Food Service Manager and Catering Production and Server at Google.

In 2015, Beth began working at Industree as a Software Developer. Beth then moved to SparkFun Electronics as a Senior Software Engineering Manager, where they managed multiple teams, including QA, Systems Administration, and Software Engineering. In 2021, Beth joined Campspot as the Director of Software Engineering, where they oversaw an Engineering organization consisting of 6 teams and performed skip level 1:1s.

Beth Jaswa attended James Madison University from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA in Hospitality Administration/Management. Beth then attended Galvanize Inc from 2014 to 2015, where they completed the Full Stack Developer Program. In August 2022, they obtained a certification in Having Difficult Conversations: A Guide for Managers from LinkedIn.
