Susan conducts Oracle HCM Cloud remediation services, personalized cloud training, on-site recommendations, and discovery sessions to provide guidance and strategy on customer journeys to the cloud. Susan acts as a Project Manager and HCM Delivery lead to identify and recommend best industry practices during the implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud especially in the areas of process standardization, transformation, consolidating, and gaining efficiencies during rollout.
