Katie Ransom

Katie Ransom is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in property management, marketing, and sales. Currently serving as Assistant General Manager and Leasing Manager at Campus Advantage since July 2018, Katie successfully achieved full property leases for the 2016/2017 and 2017/2018 years, while also planning promotional events and engaging with university organizations. Previous roles include Marketing Manager at The Scion Group, where Katie utilized creative social media strategies and data analysis for effective marketing campaigns, and Business Development Representative at Liberty Mutual Insurance, focusing on consultative sales techniques and customer relationship management. Katie began a career as Store Manager for Hollister Co., managing significant sales and reducing inventory loss.
