Paige McCarthy

Paige McCarthy is an experienced property manager with a strong track record in the real estate industry. Currently serving as a Property Manager at Campus Advantage since March 2018, Paige manages an $8 million annual budget and has successfully achieved a 15% year-over-year increase in rent growth while maintaining budgeted occupancy rates. Previous roles include Regional Marketing Director at Asset Living, where Paige oversaw marketing for a 9,000-bed portfolio, and Marketing Associate at Greystar. With a foundation in leasing and marketing management from early roles at American Campus Communities and Campus Advantage, Paige holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Services Administration from the University of Central Florida and an Associate of Arts from Valencia College.
