Kaitlin Rattigan

Kaitlin Rattigan is an experienced professional specializing in program management, community engagement, and women's leadership. Currently serving as an Event and Operations Specialist at Campus Compact, Kaitlin previously held the position of Program Coordinator for Woodbury Heart & Soul at The FAF Coalition, where management of volunteer teams focused on community-driven action plans was key. As Program Manager of State Adolescent Services at AccessMatters.Org, responsibilities included overseeing a statewide sexual and reproductive health program for adolescents, training providers, and collaborating on innovative initiatives.
