Idan Tobias is an experienced professional with a strong background in developing high-performance teams and crisis management. Previous roles include significant positions at Klarna, where responsibilities included head of business operations performance and head of people systems, and at N26, leading initiatives to enhance the digital employee experience. Prior experience at Teva Pharmaceuticals involved leading digital transformation projects and global HR operations. Idan holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Tel Aviv University.
