Amanda Fretz

Amanda Fretz has been in the professional workforce since 2006. Amanda began their career at Kutztown University of Pennsylvania as a Residence Coordinator, then moved up to become a Resident Director, Assistant Director of Housing and Dining Services, Associate Director of Housing and Dining Services, and finally Director of Housing and Dining Services. In 2021, they began working as a Customer Success Manager for Campus Kaizen. Throughout their career, they have been responsible for overseeing the daily operation of the Housing and Dining Services Office, managing and supervising housing processes, implementing and launching new software, and overseeing and managing housing and dining websites and social media accounts. Additionally, they have provided leadership and supervision to assure that the Housing and Dining Services program runs smoothly, has aided in the area of assessment to assure proper evaluation of services, and has managed and supervised student staff members.

Amanda Fretz received their Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Higher Education/Student Affairs Administration from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania in 2013. Amanda also received their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Poltical Science from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania in 2006.
