Courtney Daponte

Courtney Daponte is an experienced professional in residence life and project management, currently serving as the Residence Life Project Manager at Campus Living Centres since April 2014. In this role, Courtney oversees the complete project lifecycle, mentors new project leaders, and supports a large network of Residence Life Management Team members across Canada. Notable accomplishments include the completion of over 40 projects, development of training for staff, and implementation of major initiatives impacting thousands of students. Prior positions held include Residence Life Manager and Coordinator, where responsibilities involved staff recruitment, training, student issue management, and budget oversight. Additionally, Courtney works as a safeTALK Trainer with LivingWorks to enhance suicide prevention awareness. Courtney's earlier experience includes an Operations Senior role at Best Buy Canada, where responsibilities encompassed team supervision and financial management. Courtney holds a degree in Criminal Psychology & Behaviour from Durham College.
