James Trauth

James Trauth has worked in various roles since 1974. James began their career at Louis Trauth Dairy as an Office Manager, where they directed all day-to-day administrative operations of the office, recruited, hired and trained personnel, and supervised 30 office employees. James also administered payroll for 250 and ensured adherence to union contract specifications. In 2001, they transitioned to Drees Homes as an Architect. In 2011, they became Self-Employed as a Designer/Drafter. In 2012, they joined Innersync Studio as an Office Manager, where they were responsible for billing and payment receipts, banking, including deposits and checking and credit card reconciliation, all accounts payables, and managing payroll and human resources.

James Trauth completed an Associate's degree in Architectural Drafting and Architectural CAD/CADD from ITT Technical Institute-Norwood in 2001. James also attended Northern Kentucky University from 1975 to 1977.
