Lauren Krznarich

Lauren Krznarich serves as the Associate Director for Experiential Learning at The University of Texas at Arlington since May 2020, where responsibilities include designing and facilitating experiential learning curricula for approximately 200 courses, impacting around 7,000 participants yearly. With expertise in career development, intercultural learning, and service learning, Lauren manages a diverse team of employees and oversees various training initiatives. Previous roles include the Associate Director of the Civic Leaders Center at Indiana University Bloomington, where Lauren coordinated recruitment and events focused on civic engagement, and the Assistant Director of Leadership Engagement at Texas A&M University-Commerce. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in College Counseling and Student Development and a Bachelor's degree in Communication Studies and German from St. Cloud State University.
