Apolonio Martinez has a diverse work experience in the field of information technology. Apolonio started their career at Randstad (cloud blue technologies) as a Quality Control Inspector/Technician 1, where they worked from September 2014 to June 2015. Apolonio then joined Volt as a Technical Service Representative Tier 1 & 2 from June 2015 to October 2016. Apolonio then worked at Harvest Preparatory Academy as an I.T/Media Technician from July 2017 to August 2021, where they handled various tasks including user account management, troubleshooting switches, installation of security systems and phones, and networking setup. Apolonio further gained experience as a Field Repair Technician at Assurant from September 2021 to July 2022. Currently, Apolonio is working as an Information Technology Service Desk Technician at CampusWorks, Inc., where they provide support to Arizona Western College. Apolonio is involved in tasks such as reimaging desktops, troubleshooting and diagnosing issues, utilizing Active Directory and Microsoft Office 365, managing helpdesk tickets, and utilizing remote desktop management.
Apolonio Martinez began their education at Kofa High School, where they completed their high school education from 2004 to 2008. In 2011, they attended Arizona Western College but did not obtain a degree. Their field of study during that time was music.
In 2021, Apolonio pursued further education in Information Technology by attending CompTIA Tech Career Academy. Apolonio obtained an A+ Certification in Information Technology from this institution. Additionally, they obtained certifications as an Apple Certified iPhone Technician from Apple and as a Wise Level 2 Certified Technician from WISE Certification, both in September 2021.
Currently, Apolonio is enrolled at Arizona Western College, where they are working towards a Certification in Video Game Design and Development. Apolonio is expected to complete this program between 2022 and 2024.
