Teri L Weston

Teri L Weston has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Teri L began working at Oracle in 1996 as a Consulting Manager and later became a Senior Consulting Manager, where they managed the talent development process for consulting professionals. In 2007, they joined SuccessFactors, Inc. as the Global Enterprise Practice Manager, leading enterprise consulting teams and overseeing the implementation of talent and performance management solutions.

Teri then started their own consulting company, TLW Associates, LLC, in 2009. With TLW Associates, they guided organizations through organizational development and transformation, implemented strategic planning methods, and infused technology-based solutions. In 2010, Teri also owned and managed PJ Body & Paint, Inc., a comprehensive automobile collision repair company.
