Chester Hembree, CRL

Chester Hembree, CRL, is an accomplished industrial engineer currently working with the US Army since May 2024 and serving as a technical manager at CAMS since December 2022. Chester has extensive experience in project management and engineering roles, including positions as a program manager at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard, senior project manager, and senior power production engineer at Hoosier Energy. Notably, Chester supervised the National Support Center for the US Army Corps of Engineers, directing the implementation of reliability-centered maintenance practices. Chester's career began in the US Navy, where expertise in nuclear propulsion systems was developed, supported by a Master of Science in Engineering Management from Eastern Michigan University and a Bachelor of Science in External Studies/Engineering Technology from the University of Evansville.
