Daniel Buzaglo

Daniel Buzaglo is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in algorithms and image processing. Since January 2018, Daniel has served as Algorithms Manager and Automatic Defects Classification Manager at Camtek, specializing in R&D. Prior to this, Daniel co-founded and held the position of CTO at Pangea Diagnostics Ltd, focusing on automated histopathology diagnosis systems utilizing deep learning and image processing. Daniel also founded ME-ID, an algorithms-based consulting firm, and served as Image Quality Manager at Given Imaging. Daniel's career began at Camtek, where image processing algorithms were developed for semiconductor manufacturing. Academic credentials include an Executive MBA from the University of Haifa, a Master of Science in Information Management Engineering from the Technion, and a Bachelor of Arts in Physics with expanded studies from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
