Andreas Tollschein has extensive work experience in customer success and support management roles. Andreas started their career in 2005 as a Support Manager at Efkon AG, where they worked until 2011. From 2011 to 2012, they served as the Deputy International Service Manager at Anton Paar GmbH. Andreas then held the position of Service Manager at Anton Paar Italia from 2011 to 2012. In 2012, they joined Anton Paar Brasil as a Service Coordinator. From 2013 to 2017, they worked at Anton Paar ProveTec, where they held various roles including Customer Support Coordinator, Purchasing Manager, Product Manager, and Customer Support Manager. In 2018, they joined camunda services GmbH as a Customer Success Manager and later served as the Head of Customer Success Management until 2019. From 2019 to 2021, they served as the Head Global Customer Success for EMEA, APAC & LATAM at camunda services GmbH. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Customer Success EMEA at the same company.

Andreas Tollschein completed their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen (Bachelor of Engineering) at Hamburger Fern-Hochschule from 2016 to 2019. Before that, they obtained their Matura degree in Elektrotechnik, Elektronik und Kommunikationstechnik/Techniker from HTL Klagenfurt Lastenstrasse between 1999 and 2004. In addition to their educational qualifications, Andreas also attained a certification in "Driving Results for Customer Success" from JB Sales Training in 2021.
