Jenna Banville is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as the Head of Human Resources Operations at The VPS Group since January 2022. Previously, Jenna held the position of HR and Compliance Manager at DJ CIVIL ENGINEERING LIMITED from February 2019 to January 2022, and also worked as an HR Manager at Clear Watch Security during the same timeframe. Jenna's career in human resources began with a role as a standalone HR Manager, overseeing the full HR life cycle. Earlier experience includes a position as a Business Support Officer at Oldham Community Leisure, providing administrative support to the executive management team and assisting the HR function. Jenna holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from The Manchester Metropolitan University, completed in 2022, and a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics from the same institution, earned in 2017.
