Natasha Taylor serves as the Director of Operations for VPS Guardians, leading sales and operational strategies to achieve EBITDAR targets while enhancing team performance and diversity since March 2020. Concurrently, in the role of Director for VPS Guardians under The VPS Group, Natasha has directed large-scale business transformation initiatives, aligning organizational goals with strategy and policy. Previous experience includes managing a £100m property portfolio at THIL and developing asset management strategies for a £200m portfolio at Henley Healthcare Investments Limited. Natasha's background also encompasses operations management, administrative coordination, and volunteer counseling, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from The Open University and advanced diplomas in counseling and psychotherapy from Chrysalis.
