Kathleen O'Connell has had a diverse range of work experiences. Kathleen began their career as an Associate in the Financial Restructuring Group at Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP, where they worked from January 2002 to March 2005. Following this, they joined SunTrust Bank in January 2007 as a First Vice President & Senior Counsel, where they provided legal support for various departments, including commercial special assets, loss mitigation, SBA lending, and REO. Their responsibilities at SunTrust included managing commercial loan workouts, litigation, foreclosures, bankruptcy, and lender liability matters. Kathleen O'Connell's most recent position has been as an Assistant General Counsel at CAN Capital, where they have been employed since January 2018.
