Kate Stoysich is an experienced public health professional currently serving as the CCENDU and PCWG Coordinator at the Can Centre on Substance Use and Addiction, starting in May 2024. In previous roles, Kate has demonstrated leadership in crisis intervention as the CAHOOTS Co-Director at the White Bird Clinic and managed the Needle Hunters program at Causeway Work Centre, aiding vulnerable populations. With a strong academic background, Kate is pursuing a Master of Public Health at the University of Ottawa, having previously earned degrees in International Studies and Biological Sciences. Kate's diverse experience includes program management in community health, education, and research, with a commitment to improving health access for marginalized communities.
