MacIej Tyka

Maciej Tyka is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the recycling and packaging industries. Currently serving as the operational director at CANPACK Recycling Sp. z o.o. within CANPACK Group since August 2008, Maciej oversees nine operational plants in Poland and has successfully managed the organization and startup of a network for used beverage can (UBC) collection. Previous roles include project manager and maintenance engineer, along with experience in procurement and supply chain management. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Engineering Materials from AGH University of Krakow, an MBA from the Warsaw University of Technology Business School with a focus on Kaizen Industry 4.0, and an associate's degree from Université de Toulon in Engineering Materials.
