Mateusz Kowalczyk

Mateusz Kowalczyk's work experience is as follows:

- From 2008 to 2010, they worked at Capgemini Polska as a Process Assistant, responsible for financial statements data preparation and implementing significant improvements using VBA for Excel, Outlook, and SAP scripting.

- From 2010 to 2012, they worked at Orlen Oil Sp. z o.o. as an Accountant, responsible for financial reporting, consolidation, and managing SAP system changes.

- From 2011 to 2012, they also worked as a Controlling Specialist at Orlen Oil Sp. z o.o., where they built and maintained cost settlement models, prepared management reporting, and coordinated planning processes.

- From 2012 to 2015, they worked at EDF Polska S.A. as a Finance Transformation Specialist, managing organizational and system changes in accounting, controlling, treasury, and taxes. Mateusz also led the Finance business team in SAP implementation.

- From 2015 to 2016, they worked at Accenture as a Management Consultant.

- From 2016 to 2018, they worked at Aptiv as an EMEA Project Manager.

- From 2018 to 2019, they worked at Air Liquide as a Local SAP Manager Finance, leading IT/SAP related activities in the Finance area.

Mateusz started as a Business Process Manager Finance and later took on roles such as IT SAP Deployment Lead and IT Business Solutions Lead, leading the implementation of SAP S4 and other solutions, coordinating testing and migration activities, driving system and process improvements, and managing training planning and delivery.

Mateusz Kowalczyk has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Wyższa Szkoła Zarządzania i Bankowości, which they obtained from 2008 to 2011. Mateusz then pursued a Master's degree in Controlling and Corporate Finance Management from Krakow University of Economics, completing it from 2011 to 2013. In 2016, they attended SGH Warsaw School of Economics for Graduate Management Studies.
