Mark Yen

Mark Yen has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Mark started their career as a Collateral Management specialist at CIBC Mellon in 1998 before moving on to NBC Clearing, where they worked as a Senior Settlements Clerk. In this position, Mark ensured timely and accurate settlement of trades, collateralization of securities, and reconciliation of discrepancies.

Mark then joined the National Bank of Canada in 2001 as a Trader in Global Equity Finance. During their tenure, they played a crucial role in tripling annual revenue, managing equity swap books, expanding the business into European and Asian markets, and building strong relationships with exclusive clients.

In 2007, Mark transitioned to Janrich Trading Co., Inc., where they excelled as a Sales and Marketing professional, doubling sales revenue in the second year. Their responsibilities included selling furniture hardware to cabinet and furniture manufacturers, maintaining client relationships, and exploring new business opportunities.
