Robert Garwood

Robert Garwood has a diverse work experience in the IT field. Robert is currently the Head of IT - UK & Europe at Canaccord Genuity- Global Capital Markets since June 2019. Prior to this, they worked at Canaccord Genuity Limited where they held the position of Head of IT Development from October 2014. Before that, they were a Development Manager at the same company from March 2012 to September 2014.

Earlier in their career, Garwood worked at Collins Stewart, starting as a Junior Programmer in August 2000. Robert then progressed to the role of Analyst Programmer from January 2002 to January 2005. From there, they became a Senior Analyst Programmer from January 2005 to February 2011. Finally, they served as the Application Development & Support Manager from February 2011 to March 2012.
