Mayy Elhayawi

Mayy ElHayawi, PhD, serves as the Executive Director at TEFL Wonderland-Brilliant Minds, where the development of the first gamified TESOL/TEFL qualifications was successfully managed. With extensive experience in language education, Mayy maintains roles as a Language Proficiency Examiner at ILSC Education Group and an IELTS Examiner at Canada College. Currently an Associate Professor at Ain Shams University, Mayy leads an E-Learning team, oversees the quality of English Department programs, and has contributed significantly to faculty accreditation processes. Previous positions include Senior Teacher Trainer at THE TEFL ACADEMY and Chief Learning Officer at Experts on Demand. Mayy holds a Post-doctoral Scholar degree from Stanford University and earned a PhD in English Language and Literature from Ain Shams University, where Mayy also completed both a Master's and Bachelor's degree.
