Adam Filipiak

Adam Filipiak is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the Senior Manager of IT Operations at Canada Goose since April 2018. In this role, Adam orchestrates IT Retail and Office, Application Support, and Business Analyst teams, oversees comprehensive IT infrastructure and ERP systems in Europe, provides critical support for APAC technology, and leads diverse projects to drive innovation. Adam has held various roles within Canada Goose, including Manager of IT Operations International and Team Lead for IT Support, demonstrating a strong focus on strategic oversight and customer service excellence. Prior to Canada Goose, Adam worked at Ball Europe GmbH as a Site Support and System Analyst and at Ball Packaging Europe Holding GmbH & Co. KG as a Site Support Analyst and IS System Coordinator. Adam began a career in IT as an IS System Administrator at Boxes Prestige Poland and holds an MA degree in Physics with a specialization in computer science physics from Uniwersytet Marii Curie-Skłodowskiej w Lublinie.
