Isabelle Pichler

Isabelle Pichler has extensive experience in customer experience management and chemical laboratory roles. Currently serving as the Manager of Customer Experience for EMEA & CE Applications at Canada Goose since June 2016, Isabelle is responsible for Salesforce Service Cloud administration and global user support. Previously, Isabelle built the Customer Experience journey for the European and international markets at Canada Goose. Prior to this, experience includes positions as a Travel Specialist at African Greenland Safaris & Travel GmbH, and various roles as a Chemical Laboratory Assistant at companies such as Schmid Rhyner AG, OVD Kinegram AG, Sigma-Aldrich Chemie GmbH, and Boehringer Ingelheim Pharma GmbH & Co. KG, focusing on product development and quality assurance in chemical processes. Isabelle holds a degree in Chemical Laboratory Assistant from Boehringer Ingelheim Pharma GmbH & Co. KG and has completed a training module for conducting adult education at Lernwerkstatt Olten.
