Scott Thistleton

Scott Thistleton serves as General Counsel at Canada Health Infoway since July 2022, and previously held positions as Corporate Counsel and Senior Director of Governance, Risk and Compliance from 2020 to 2022, and Legal Counsel from 2020 to 2022. Prior roles include Associate Corporate Counsel and Director of Compliance at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts (2018-2020), Legal Counsel and Director of Privacy at Ontario Health | Santé Ontario (2013-2018), Corporate & Commercial, Tax & Trusts, Litigation at Druces LLP (2010-2012), Legal, Compliance and Control at President's Choice Financial (2009-2010), and work within the Solicitor's Office for Tax Litigation at HM Revenue & Customs (2007-2009). Scott Thistleton earned a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from The University of Sheffield and also attended BPP Law School and Haberdashers'​ Adams.
