Lucie Jeffers

Lucie Jeffers is the current Chief Strategy Officer at Canada Learning Code. Lucie has previous experience as a Sr Consultant at Bright + Early and as a Director People and Growth at Project X Ltd. Lucie has a focus on building HR strategy and organizational capabilities, talent strategy, employee engagement, compensation structures, people development and process.

Lucie Jeffers has a Master of Business Administration from the Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management, a Master of Business Administration from the Smith School of Business at Queen's University, and a Diploma in Human Resource Management from McMaster University. Lucie also has a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities from York University.
