Brandy Ryan

Brandy Ryan is the current Director of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion at Canada Post, overseeing the Equity, Diversity, Inclusion Team and the Human Rights & Employment Equity Team to promote an equitable and diverse workforce since July 2021. Prior to this role, Brandy spent more than 15 years at Deloitte in various leadership positions, including Chief Culture and People Officer and Diversity Equity & Inclusion Leader, where notable achievements included managing talent acquisition and leading initiatives for employees with disabilities. Earlier career experiences include roles in executive administration at ING and office management at Guardent and UUNET. Brandy holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources & Labour Relations from AU.
