Grace Yuan

Grace Yuan is a UX Strategist and Product Designer currently employed at Canada Post / Postes Canada since June 2022, leading design efforts for various business-facing digital products. Grace has experience as a Creative Designer at TITAN Haptics and as a Product Designer for MaxSold, where product design focused on enhancing the seller experience through data-driven solutions. Prior roles include UX/UI Designer at LoginID, where a website revamp increased customer conversion, and a Resident at Autodesk Technology Center, contributing to innovative community planning. Additional experience includes digital design work at OCAD University and the Canadian Urban Transit Research & Innovation Consortium, along with a solid foundation in interior design from Stantec and academic credentials from OCAD University and California College of the Arts.
