Denis Pogrebinski

Denis Pogrebinski is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in labour relations and human resources management. Currently serving as the Manager of HR Management Services at the Library of Parliament since November 2020, Denis leads the implementation of core HR programs and provides strategic counsel across various HR functions. Formerly, Denis held multiple roles in significant organizations, including Manager of Labour Relations at the Parliamentary Protective Service and Indigenous and Northern Affairs Canada, where strong leadership and team development were emphasized.
