Geoff Barrett

Geoff Barrett, CFP CHS, currently serves as Manager of Learning & Implementation at Canada Life since April 2021, where Geoff leads a team focused on developing facilitation materials and implementing learning strategies aligned with business partners' needs. Prior to this role, Geoff held various positions at Freedom 55 Financial from February 2015 to April 2021, including Training Manager for Newfoundland & Nova Scotia and Director of Advisor Experience, providing training, guidance, and support to both new and established advisors. Geoff's earlier experience includes serving as a Financial Advisor at Boomer Financial and Desjardins Financial Security Independent Network. Academically, Geoff holds two Master of Business Administration degrees from Memorial University and Copenhagen Business School, alongside a Bachelor of Arts and a Diploma in Performance & Communications Media from Memorial University.
