Hector Palma

Hector Palma is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in data analytics and IT management. Currently serving as Director of Data Analytics & AI Platform at Canada Life since July 2023, Hector previously held the position of Head of IT for the BioAdvance Program at The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson from July 2021 to July 2023. Prior roles include Program Director at TD from November 2017 to July 2021 and Director of Project Delivery & App Development, as well as Delivery Manager at Scotiabank from September 2007 to May 2017. Hector holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from UNEFA and has furthered expertise in artificial intelligence through a course in Neural Networks and Deep Learning from Coursera.
