Lucia Internicola

Lucia Internicola is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and portfolio delivery. Currently serving as Director, Portfolio Management & Chief of Staff at Canada Life since March 2024, Lucia previously held significant roles at BMO Financial Group, including PMO Director, where leadership involved overseeing an IT PMO with approximately 80 agile delivery managers. Experience at BMO also included responsibilities as Sr Manager, Project Management & Portfolio Delivery Manager. Prior to that, Lucia held positions at Sun Life Financial, MacLaren McCann, Euro RSCG 4D Toronto, and MacLaren McCann Direct & Interactive, contributing to the management of various project initiatives. Lucia is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and an alumna of Carleton University.
