Lucy Hunter

Lucy Hunter is a skilled Talent Acquisition Programme Specialist at Canada Life UK since March 2019, focusing on the implementation of the Success Factors Recruitment Module and onboarding processes. Lucy has taken a lead role in configuring and designing these systems for both onshore and offshore iterations and has also contributed to the design of the RMK career site. In addition to current responsibilities, Lucy has held various positions at Canada Life since February 2015, including roles in HR onboarding and recruitment coordination, and project management support within transformation programs. Prior experience includes working as a Data Analyst at Towergate Insurance and a Front of House Assistant at the Department for Work and Pensions. Lucy holds a Prince2 Foundation Certification from ILX Group and has completed CIPD qualifications as part of professional development.
