Madeleine Roussel, MBA, currently serves as AVP of Wealth Operations at Canada Life, leading a high-performance team focused on optimizing Group Retirement Services Operations since September 2025. In addition, Madeleine holds a co-responsibility position for sponsorships and partnerships at Fondation CHU Sainte-Justine. Previous experience includes roles such as Executive Director of Management Consulting at KPMG Canada and Vice President of Institutional Markets at Banque Nationale. Madeleine's extensive background in the financial services sector also encompasses significant leadership positions at Banque Nationale Assurances and earlier roles at Normandin Beaudry and Morneau Shepell.
