Ritesh Shetty

Ritesh Shetty is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in risk management and technology implementation. Currently serving as Director of Risk Solution Delivery in Enterprise Risk Management at Canada Life since June 2019, Ritesh has successfully led the global implementation of the MetricStream GRC Solution, enhancing enterprise efficiency. Prior to this role, Ritesh spent over a decade at CIBC in various capacities, including Senior Manager of Enterprise Risk Management, where engagement with stakeholders and establishing vendor relationships were key responsibilities. Ritesh's career also includes positions as QA Manager in Finance Technology and Release Manager at Workstream Inc, as well as significant project leadership roles at Tata Consultancy Services, GE Healthcare, Penske Logistics, and Air India Limited. Ritesh holds two Bachelor of Engineering degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Production from Bharati Vidyapeeth University College of Engineering, Pune.
