Robert Lunny

Robert Lunny is an experienced executive in the field of service delivery operations, currently serving as the Vice President of Shared Services at Canada Life since January 2006. In this role, Robert provides strategic direction and leadership for national claims processing and contact center operations, focusing on fraud management, operational process excellence, and technology to enhance customer engagement. Prior to Canada Life, Robert held the position of Vice President at Convergys from 1993 to 2002 and has a solid educational foundation with a degree in Commerce, specializing in Personnel Industrial Relations, from Lakehead University, earned between 1987 and 1990.
