Tony Coonan

Tony Coonan currently serves as the Head of Corporate Tax Reporting and Compliance at Canada Life, a position held since November 2016. Prior to this role, Tony Coonan was the Head of Tax (Investments and Treasury) at Friends Life UK from September 2010 to October 2016, and served as Head of Tax (Investments) at AXA from September 1998 to September 2010. Early career experience includes a tenure as Life Tax Manager at Guardian Financial Services Group from July 1983 to September 1999. Tony Coonan completed A levels at Northgate Grammar School in Ipswich from 1976 to 1983.
