Hashim al-Rifaai

Hashim Al-Rifaai is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership and strategic planning across various sectors, particularly in the oil and gas industry. Since December 2014, Hashim has served as the Chairman of the Board for Canadian Advanced ESP Inc. and previously held prominent roles such as President of the Arabian Gulf Chapter for PMI-AGC and Secretary General of the Supreme Council for Planning & Development in Kuwait. Hashim's impactful contributions include transformative leadership at Kuwait Gulf Oil Company as Chairman & Managing Director, facilitating significant changes within KPC, and overseeing major strategic initiatives. Hashim holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and has pursued further education at renowned institutions including Harvard Business School and Stanford University.
