Ric Nicholetts has extensive experience in the bearing and design industry, having served at Canadian Bearings since July 1997 in various roles, including Technical Consultant, Regional Manager, and Branch Manager. Prior to this, Ric was the President and Owner Operator at RPM Drives & Design Inc from October 1978 to July 1997, demonstrating a strong leadership and managerial background throughout a successful career spanning over four decades.
