Sharon Charest is an accomplished business professional with extensive experience in operations and business development management within the industrial sector. Since January 2003 at Canadian Bearings, Sharon has held the roles of Business Development Manager and Branch Operations Manager, overseeing operations for two branches in Nova Scotia, preparing operational plans, conducting financial analyses, and coaching customer service teams.
