John Mazerall

John Mazerall has a diverse work experience spanning several years. John began their career at the Canadian Red Cross Society in 1989 as a Clinic Coordinator and later held roles such as Apheresis Recruiter and Donor Centre Coordinator. From 1995 to 1997, they served as a Supervisor in Computer Services and a Programmer/Analyst in the Unrelated Bone Marrow Donor Registry. In 1997, John joined Canadian Blood Services as a Project Data Manager and subsequently held various managerial positions in Data Management and Business Intelligence (BI) Solutions. Their roles at Canadian Blood Services included Data Architect, Manager BI and Data Solutions, and Manager, Enterprise Data Management and BI Solutions. In their most recent role, they served as the Associate Director of Analytics and IT Optimization. John's work experience demonstrates their expertise in analytics, IT optimization, data management, and BI solutions.

John Mazerall attended Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology, where they did not obtain a specific degree or field of study. In 2021, they obtained a certification in Developing Emerging Leaders from INSEAD.
