Omar I. has an extensive background in intelligence, security, and enforcement roles, with experience in various government agencies and the military. With a degree in International Relations and Peace and Conflict Studies, Omar has served in roles such as Senior Policy Analyst and Inland Enforcement Officer at the Canada Border Services Agency, Intelligence Officer at the Canadian Security Intelligence Service, and Intelligence Operator in the Canadian Army. Additionally, Omar has interned at the UNDP, where Omar focused on poverty in Syria and crisis management planning.
