Kelly Pauley

Kelly Pauley has extensive experience in eligibility policy and social services, serving as Eligibility Policy Manager at the Department of Medical Assistance Services since June 2011. Prior to this role, Kelly held the position of Senior Policy Analyst at the same department for the same duration. Additional experience includes serving as Eligibility Manager at Hanover County Department of Social Services from 2004 to 2011 and as Senior Eligibility Worker for the County of Henrico from 1991 to 2003. Kelly's academic background includes a Master's degree in College Student Counseling and Personnel Services from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and a Bachelor of Social Work from James Madison University. Kelly also graduated from George Wythe High School with a diploma.
