Jaason Geerts

Jaason Geerts is the Director of Research & Leadership Development at Canadian College of Health Leaders. Jaason has extensive experience in leadership development, having served as a Senior Researcher at Yale University School of Medicine, a Lead Researcher at Health Education England, and a lecturer and tutor for the Queen's Young Leaders Programme at the University of Cambridge Institute of Continuing Education. Jaason has also been involved with the Canadian Foundation for Healthcare Improvement and the Telfer School of Management at the University of Ottawa.

Jaason Geerts has a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Leadership Development for Professionals from the University of Cambridge, a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) in Educational Evaluation and Research from the University of Cambridge, a Master's degree in Leadership and Theology from the University of Toronto - University of St. Michael's College, a Bachelor of Education (BEd)/PGCE in Secondary Education and Teaching from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education of the University of Toronto, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) (Specialised Honours) in Literature from Glendon College, York University. Jaason also has certifications from Speaker Labs in Talk Master Certification and from Deloitte in BUCS Deloitte Leadership Academy.
