Mouktar Abdillahi

Mouktar Abdillahi is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Senior Communications Advisor at the Canadian Commercial Corporation since October 2020, Mouktar has previously held positions such as Manager of Communications & Technology Solutions at the Diamond Development Initiative from February 2019 to July 2020, and Manager of Media and Events at the Canadian Electricity Association from June 2017 to November 2018. Additional roles include Media Consultant at Micronutrient Initiative, Manager of Communications at Canada Post, and Communications Specialist at the Federation of Canadian Municipalities, the City of Ottawa, and the Parliament of Canada. Mouktar began a career in communications as a Communications Assistant for Larry Bagnell, a Member of Parliament for Yukon.
